Our Team
Our work has one clear focus: your child’s individual needs. In order for us to support your child’s development in the best possible way, we employ people with different educational training backgrounds. They all attend regular further training courses, which enable them to bring new ideas and proposals to their daily work – ideas that will also benefit your child!

Cheryl
Managing Director - Brown Bears Nursery
She is responsible for the operations of all nurseries.
Relevant qualifications
CACHE Level 5 diploma Children's and Young Peoples workforce, Pediatric First Aid certificate, Advanced Safeguarding and Food Safety and Level 3 in SENCO. I am also the Designated Safeguarding Officer.
Lucinda
Nursery Manager - Brown Bears Nursery
She will have overall responsibility for day to day operations at both nurseries. She is the main person you come to for all the needs of your child.
Relevant qualifications
BA in Early Childhood Studies Hons and Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce level 3, Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection. She also has a Level 2 Food Safety and is the Designated Safeguarding Officer. She has experience in SENCO, safeguarding and nursery management.
Regina
Deputy Nursery Manager - Green Lanes
She works closely with Lucinda and Cheryl in our Green Lanes nursery and is the day to day contact there. She is the main person you come to for all the needs of your child.
Relevant qualifications
Level 3 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare, Pediatric First Aid in Child Care Level 3, Child Protection, Level 2 Food Safety and Level 3 Senco. I am also the Designated Safeguarding Officer. Regina also holds a BS hons in Business Management. Her previous experience includes Room Leader in nursery for 3 years.
Lucinda
Deputy Nursery Manager - Palmers Green
She works closely with Lucinda and Cheryl in our Palmers Green nursery. She is responsible for the smooth running of all the rooms in nursery making sure we are Ofsted ready everyday.
Relevant qualifications
BTEC Level 3 in Childrens Care learning and Development, Level 3 Management, Safeguarding, First Aid, Child Protection and Behaviour Management, Level 2 Food Safety and Level 3 in SENCO. I am also the Designated Safeguarding Officer.
